Vui lòng lưu ý rằng Phòng Cao cấp có 2 giường đơn hoặc 1 giường cỡ King. Các phòng không có ban công và không có tầm nhìn ra biển. Tất cả đều nằm ở Cánh Bắc.
Thuế du lịch sẽ được thu trực tiếp tại cơ sở lưu trú. Tiền đặt cọc ngẫu nhiên là 2.000 PHP hoặc cao hơn (tùy thuộc vào hạng phòng đã đặt) mỗi phòng mỗi đêm được yêu cầu khi nhận phòng. Nếu không có khoản phí nào phát sinh trong thời gian lưu trú, việc ủy quyền trước thẻ tín dụng sẽ bị hủy khi trả phòng, khoản hoàn trả sau đó sẽ tùy thuộc vào chính sách của ngân hàng phát hành.
Cũi cho trẻ em và giường phụ được tính phụ phí.
Tất cả các Suite đều được sử dụng Phòng chờ Henann miễn phí.
Room rates include: breakfast for the confirmed paid occupancy only (refer to voucher). Standard occupancy: 2 persons for Twin/Double Rooms and 4 persons for Family Rooms, Royal Suites, and Presidential Suites. Maximum occupancy: Twin/Double Rooms – 3 adults + 1 child (0–9 yrs); Family Rooms, Royal Suites, and Presidential Suites – 5 adults + 1 child (0–9 yrs), subject to applicable extra person fees on personal account. A valid ID or birth certificate is required for child age verification; otherwise, adult rates apply. Extra person fees are subject to change and may vary by room type and season, payable upon check-in. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy must book an additional room.
A maximum of one (1) child aged 0–9 years old may be accommodated per room, subject to applicable extra fees. A valid ID or birth certificate is required for age verification; otherwise, adult rate will apply. Child Policy  0–4 years old: Free (maximum of 1 child per room only; excess- extra child fee applies)  5–9 years old: Extra Child fee applies  10 years old and above: Extra Adult fee applies
Room rates on December 31, 2026 (New Year's Eve) and February 5, 2027 (Chinese New Year) include a common buffet dinner based on standard room capacity. Minimum of 2 people (other room types) and 4 people for Family Room, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite. The extra dinner charge for additional person(s) will be applied on a personal account.  For triple occupancy, payment for the 3rd person’s mandatory dinner should be made directly to the resort and will be collected at the front desk upon check-in based on the prevailing rates.  Kid rate and dinner charge will be determined on-site depending on height.  Mandatory Dinner will be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
